New production method for UF white cheese from Danapak Flexibles
Danapak Flexibles has developed a new manufacturing method for UF white cheese with a new patented permeable membrane, which will change the whole market.
The new manufacturing method makes it possible to produce the UF white cheese in one production process.
Compared to the known method, with a coagulating time of 30-60 minutes, the new manufacturing method from Danapak Flexibles will save the coagulation time and ensure a more efficient production and a more consistent and higher quality of the UF white cheese.
The new manufacturing method only requires minor adjustments of the filling machine and can easily be implemented.
